Kathy Young Deegan

Founder & Director, Be Well Resources

Kathy is a third-generation educator, dedicating the last 25 years to guiding individuals and groups towards stability, clarity and growth. Kathy co-founded Be Well Resources in 2012 to help others value self, learn tools, and find joy while gaining access to needed resources. As the director of Be Well, Kathy leads seasonal retreats and workshops and partners with organizations like the De Pree Center at Fuller Seminary to offer guidance as a Vocation and Business Coach.

As a certified life coach with a Master’s Degree in Education, Kathy utilizes thought-provoking questions, excellent listening skills and insightful observations to help clients find purpose, balance and confidence in their lives and work. When asked about her most important venture, she cites raising three emerging young adults, Marcus, Levi and Katelyn and partnering with her husband Kevin in life and love.

Chaplain Kevin Deegan

Kevin, an ordained Minister and Board Certified Chaplain, has a heart and passion for serving the sick and vulnerable. His sensitivity to others makes Kevin’s work as a chaplain valuable to those who are grieving, need safety, understanding, and guidance. It is this work, particularly caring for those at the end of life during the COVID pandemic, that led him to found the podcast “Coping” as a way to discuss relevant topics and practical tools for living well.

Kevin is devoted to journeying with, providing a ministry of presence, and helping individuals, communities and families heal and grow through compassionate connection, meaning-making, and spiritual teaching. On his days off, you will likely find Kevin at a café, having a cup of tea with his business partner and wife, Kathy.

A dynamic communication speaker, Erin emphasizes the transformative power of words in personal and organizational development. As a published writer, career developer, and adjunct professor, she brings a wealth of experience to her multifaceted roles. Erin, along with her husband, Bob, and their three teenagers, Elianah, Charlotte, and Ian, reside in Littleton, Colorado, where she continues to inspire others through her consulting, speaking, writing, and teaching endeavors. Carol Wilson

Mentor/Leadership Coach

Carol served thirty years as a United Methodist Church pastor, district superintendent, and conference staff member helping others tell their stories, sort through complexities to reach clarity in priorities and direction, and decide on next steps. She combines her seminary education and personal and church experiences with further training in coaching, community-building, cultural systems, congregational health, facilitation, and innovation processes.

She is the founder of Table Grace consulting and creates space for transformational guided conversations, story-sharing, and resourcing and opportunities to explore abundant life marked by connection, meaning, agency, blessing, and hope. Carol brings wisdom, immense grace, thoughtfulness, spiritual leadership, and a natural gift of leading leaders to her conversations, coaching, teaching, and guidance.

Lori Wurth

Mentor/Discovery Coach

Lori’s background centers around Organizational and Employee Development, helping leaders and employees identify their gifts and talents and grow in skills and effectiveness. Lori loves to help people discover more about their strengths, passions, and purpose through one-on-one coaching, small group facilitation, as well as speaking to large groups at conferences, retreats, and training programs.

With a Master’s Degree in Organization Management and Leadership, experience in public, non-profit, and private sector Human Resources, and teaching in higher education for 20 years also provides Lori a unique and varied perspective. She loves to tell stories, listen to stories, ask good questions, provide insights, bring laughter, and passionately encourage others to realize dreams and fulfill their callings.

Terry Timm

Mentor/Spiritual Director
 
Terry is a pastor, coach, and teacher passionate about helping people connect with God, others, and their purpose. As the lead pastor of Christ Community Church of the South Hills in Pittsburgh, he guides a faith community committed to living missionally.
 
With a background in music, education, theology, and leadership, Terry loves helping people discover their call and live out their faith in everyday life. He teaches at Bakke Graduate University, Lancaster Bible College/Capital Seminary, and Fuller Seminary’s De Pree Center while coaching leaders through Attune to Grow. Author of A Movable Feast: Worship for the Other Six Days, Terry invites people into a life of worship beyond Sundays.
 
Terry and his wife, Patty, have four adult children and five grandchildren. He enjoys biking, coffee, Irish rock, playing guitar, and long walks with Marty, his Bernese Mountain Dog.

Carol Doyel

Carol is a natural encourager and connector, passionate about inspiring women to live healthy, fulfilling lives. As the Founder and former Editor-in-Chief of LivingBetter50.com, she built a thriving online magazine, bringing together a team of contributors and publishing thousands of articles. After selling the site in 2018, she pursued her passion for health and wellness, becoming an author, mentor, and certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor.

With a heart for service, Carol has been involved in women’s ministry and community programs for over 20 years, including leadership roles in CWIMA and various nonprofits. She now volunteers in Washington, where she and her husband call home. A mother of three and grandmother of five, she loves family time, staying active, and encouraging others to keep M.O.V.E.ing!

Anthony Ferreri

Director of Digital Operations
 
Anthony brings over a decade of experience in media production and more than seven years of consulting expertise to help brands scale with strategic tools, automation, and workflow enhancements. With a unique blend of creative vision and systems thinking, he partners with small businesses like Be Well to make sure their content and offerings truly reflect their purpose.

A natural connector within organizations, Anthony loves bringing teams into alignment with business goals, streamlining operations, and keeping projects on track. He thrives in one-on-one settings and small groups, inspiring and encouraging others to go after their dreams. As a trained Reiki practitioner, he also integrates holistic healing to support personal well-being and growth.

When he’s not working, you’ll find Anthony taking walks, playing guitar, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
